The OpenText Enterprise Apps Fund (OTEAF) led the $35 million investment along with contributions from Emerillon Capital, Blue Cloud Ventures, Northleaf Venture Catalyst Fund, and a large U.S.-based asset manager, along with participation from all existing ScribbleLive venture investors including: Rogers Ventures, Summerhill Venture Partners, Georgian Partners, Export Development Corp. (EDC) of Canada and Waterloo Innovation Fund.
