Dialogue partners with MILA – Institut Québécois d’Intelligence Artificielle to help deal with COVID-19

Dialogue has partnered with Mila – Institut Québécois d’Intelligence ArtificielleNuance Communications and the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux du Québec (MSSS) to help reduce the strain on government helplines like 811 during the COVID-19 outbreak. And now, we need your help! All we ask if that you provide Chloe, our virtual medical assistant, with any question you have regarding COVID-19. Through machine learning and AI, this will allow us to start training the tool to answer.
